Woo Wo Lounge June Session - The Language of Dreams: A Journey Into the Subconscious
Dreams are a powerful way to connect with the subconscious mind.
When we dream, we temporarily bypass the filters and defences that we often cling to while awake. This allows for a deeper level of self-awareness, emotional processing, and spiritual insight.
Join us in circle as we explore lucid dreaming, symbolic interpretation, and the rich wisdom that emerges when we sleep. Whether your dreams are vivid, strange, confusing, or meaningful, all are welcome.
Bring a notebook, an open heart, and a dream you’ve had recently.
We’ll dive into dream types, personal symbolism, shadow work, and how to set intentions to receive clearer messages from the dreamworld.
