Massage

Jodie is a trained masseuse with more than 20 years experience and certification in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Lomi Lomi, Lava Shell and is currently training in myofascial release. Reiki Energy Healing
Rebalance your nervous system with energy healing. Reiki helps restore vitality, reduce pain and anxiety and supports emotional clarity. A Reiki session is never just a Reiki session with Jodie. Often messages come through in these sessions - from your body, your higher self, your loved ones, your guides and beyond. Jodie calls in your ancestors to assist in these sessions and can access higher wisdom to clear energy blocks for good! Energy Healing / Reiki courses
Reiki is a beautiful and simple (but powerful) framework for understanding our energy bodies, and channelling energy for greater healing, increased spiritual awareness and connection. Energy healing gives us the tools for a daily energy reset. We take a shower to clean our bodies every day - our bio-field (energy body) deserves the same.
Jodie's Reiki I and II courses are accessible, founded from the Usui Reiki wisdom system. Jodie integrates ancient energy healing wisdom grounded in scientific theory and evidence. Wisdom Circles - Communities of Practice
The Healing Bower offers three magical monthly meet ups. Booking your place for any upcoming circles and courses is possible on the Events Page.
Tarot Club - is an online monthly meet up on the first Tuesday of the month, on Zoom. This space is for those ready to practice readings for each other and is open to anyone interested (or completely obsessed) with tarot.
The Tarot Lounge - is an in person monthly circle for learning more about the cards, sharing stories and wisdom, and practicing readings. Newbies are definitely welcome, but if you've never picked up a tarot deck before, you might want to do the Tarot Foundations one day course first.
Woo Woo Lounge - is a collaborative between Jodie and intuitive business coach, Lizzie Buscaino and together they have created a fun, supportive circle designed for connection, community and personal growth through enhancing our intuition. The topics change month to month, but guaranteed always fun and always magical. Join us on the second Wednesday of the Month.
